Note, the value should be 2.80 for all of the quad gains on the H1ASC_POP_X_RF_SETTINGS.adl screen during relocking (should be set in lock loss, but doesn't), but then should all be set to 3.95 when up and ready for Observe. Sheila found that the ezca step apparently hung yesterday sometime and with a hint from Jamie is attempting to rework the guardian steps (more from her above).
Still, the SDF for Observe should be cleared with 3.95 when up, please.
