STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition

SHIFT SUMMARY:  locked most of the shift for commissioning by Sheila, Daniel, and Nutsinee
LOG:

• Sheila recovered settings from what is suspected to be the running of our old A2L script
• I removed that script from the medm, and alogged
• Sheila, Daniel, and Nutsinee are here and working in the CR
• H1 is relocked and Sheila is driving, H1 currently in CHARD-BLEND
• I updated the FOM wiki page to reflect changes for Video0, which meant new images for top and bottom screens
• earlier in the day, there was an odd excursion of the anthropogenic noise, only at the Corner Station, increasing, then falling off quickly, I looked for a herd of Elk, but saw none, see separate alog.
