STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition

SHIFT SUMMARY:

Started out rough, but have been in OBSERVING for most of the last 4hrs.
LOG:

• Arrived to Sheila taking H1 to NLN.
• 3:18 OBSERVING w/ Squeezing.
  • Have had a rough time before this with H1 dropping out at various steps and only after a few minutes at NLN.  So before Sheila left, we immediately took H1 to Observing.
  • 4:06-4:11 Out of Observing due to Squeezer indirectly still being able to knock us out (because ALIGN_IFO/ISC_LOCK are nodes which both take us down due to the Squeezer...but maybe that's by design so we can relock it?).
