Per work permit 8142  we removed the 8 VCOs on site and added ckt board D1900056 to the chasis.  This is a switch that allows them to be turned off remotely. https://dcc.ligo.org/DocDB/0159/D1900056/001/D1900056-v1.pdf..  Reinstalled the units and Daniel tested the software to make sure the switches worked.
