Unmonitoring injection channels

After an sdf change to H1:CAL-INJ_TINJ_OUTCOME at 13:15 took us out of Observing, we are unmonitoring the attached channels.

My bad. I reloaded the INJ_TRANS Guardian node to make the planned DetChar injections go in (see 47988, 47989, and 47990). This took H1 out of observing. Sorry for the confusion!
