The LVEA is now LASER SAFE

The LVEA is now LASER SAFE. There may be an issue with the paging system having been turned off. Looking into it.

The LVEA was transitioned to LASER SAFE.

  This is under work permit #8149.

    The TCSY enclosure left door was found unlocked.  Situation remedied.
