Slow Controls Improvements:
- Renamed DEVICE0 into DEVICE_0 in end stations to make it compatible with the corner.
- Ignore errors by DIFF_A, COMM_A and ISC-RF-ALSMUL159 in the corner, when the DIFF and COMM VCOs are turned off.
- Ignore errors by ALS-FIBR_A, ALS-FIBR and ISC-RF_DIV80 in end stations, when the VCO is powered off.
- The VCO frequency controls is now automatically disabled, when the VCO is powered off.
- Provide the VCO SETFREQUENCY instead of the measured frequency to the end station ALS PLL, when the VCO is powered off. This enables am approximate calculation of the beat note error frequency.
It is now possible to turn off the end station VCOs, when they are not used. Follow these steps:
- Set ALS-C_LOCK_REQUEST[XY] to Unlocked rather than PLL Locked.
- Disabled the FIBR_SERVO by urning off IN1.
- Power the VCO off.
- Set the temperature controls of the laser to Beat Note Error, then turn it on.
In order to turn the VCOs on again:
- Turn off the temperature controls of the laser.
- Power on the VCO.
- Wait a few seconds to let it all settle.
- Request PLL Locked.
