Shift Summary: After initial alignment, relocked the IFO post M6.5 earthquake. Since LLO was down due to heavy weather moving through the southeast when the IFO was back at NLN, turned the IFO over to commissioning for PEM injections.

There was a Hanford shelter in place drill for the 100 & 200 area. Took the opportunity to review and update the operators Site Emergency Plan documents book.
