Here are notes for transition to EARTHQUAKE state tonight.  Took an overview screenshot of various windows when I transitioned (attachement #1).  Here are the notes:

• Around 5:40 noticed EQ on USGS page...
• 5:43 Received Verbal Alarm for incoming EQ
• 5:58 Received 2nd verbal for EQ
• Got everything set up for transitioning:  Looking at PeakMon ndscope, Striptool on ISI_CONFIG, and the wall monitor.
• SEISMON EQ Response script was on the border of EARTHQUAKE and LARGE_EARTHQUAKE. (attachement #2)
• 5:51 Noticed small steps on ndscope
• 5:50 All three seismometers appear to be increasing (attachement #3)
• 5:53 NLN
• 5:56 PEM Injection team goes into LVEA
• 6:03 Noticed large oscillation on striptool for the CPS.
• 6:03 Transitioned ISC_LOCK to EARTHQUAKE (this increases the ADS Lines...which are around 20Hz).
• 6:03:54 Transitioned ISI_CONFIG to EARTHQUAKE---completed at 6:04:13
• H1 remained locked.  Range hovering around 100Mpc, but with glitches (from EQ state...or more likely PEM injections).
• 6:23 Peak signal on ndscope of 2500.
• 6:25 Peak signal (i.e.1200nm/s) on ISI_config blrms striptool
• 6:27 nuc5 0.03-0.1 band now hit 1um/s
• 6:27 Seismon goes orange (100 sec until R3.5 wave arrival!)
• 6:29 Peak signal on nuc5 0.03-0.1 band now hit 2.5 um/s
• 6:33 ISI_Config CPS goes beyond 2000nm!
• 6:40 VERBAL for EX & huge glitch.
• 6:45 back to WINDY for ISI_CONFIG
• 6:49 back to NLN for ISC_LOCK
• Attachment #4 is screenshot during peak seismic activity.  (Ed's walked in and for his big Philippine EQ at ~9:15utc last night he said he just rode it out...mine is only slightly higher for comparison)
