DMT broadcaster, removal of channels

The H1 DAQ DMT broadcaster was still configured to send nonexistent channels. These fell into three categories: removed SQZ guardian node, removed ODC and renamed PSL Bullseye photodiode. I removed the first two categories from H1BROADCAST.ini and renamed the PSL channels. The broadcaster was restarted at 11:48 PDT.

h1edc accumulated CRC errors cleared

This was done by hand since there was  no DAQ restart today.
