SUMMARY: Wish I could say I actively curred H1's issue tonight, but all I can say is my breakfast got us back to OBSERVING after ~4hrs of being DOWN. 
Below is a summary of with highlights in bold.

- 6:58 Lockloss due to EQ
- 7:03 Ran Jenne's ASC WFS Phase command
- 7:30 transitrioned to WINDY (since the nearby EQ clearly had moved on. Seismon gave location of "Canada", but USGS probably has it right with a 4.8 EQ near Ferndale, CA)
- 7:34 LOCKLOSS: During ENGAGE_ASC_FOR_FULL_IFO, POP90 started to go up & then caused a lockloss (first of several!)
- 7:34 - 9:00 Had 4-5 Locklosses all around ENGAGE_ASC.
- 9:09- (about) 10:05 Kept H1 at OFFLOAD_DRMI_ASC while I made an egg sandwich.
- 10:09 After reading alogs to see if the ASC WFS Settings need to be changed (they don't...with our current protocol for the weekend. We manual toggle them between states via Jenne's command line), I didn't have anything else to try, so I went to ISC_LOCK to NLN.
- NOTE: Over the ~1hr h1 was at OFFLOAD_DRMI_ASC, several LSC signals on the strip tool (notably POP18) slowly trended down (& then I touched up the DRMI alignment, to get POP18 up to around 60). [See attached photo of strip tool]
- 10:33 Made it to NLN (Guardian hovered a bit in a few steps to wait for ASC & ADS signals to converge).
- SDF Diffs:
- Had (4) for ASC WFS phases (expected), so I ACCEPTED these (will change this after H1 heats up and change the phases again).
- Had (1) for LSC's H1:LSC-SRCLFF1. It has several filters engaged. I spent (too much) time trying to find this filter bank to no avail. Since H1's performance looks decent, I ACCEPTED this diff (of course screenshot-ing the difference first, [see attached]). (What and where is this channel??)
- 10:50 Back to OBSERVING
- Have my alarm set for 12:00utc so I can pop out of OBSERVING and change the ASC WFS phases.
The SRCL FF is fine the way it is with the many filters engaged. On Thursday (alog 48950) I had reverted to the setup where only FM3 was engaged, since it seemed a teensy bit better, which is why Corey saw this diff. But, I had only changed the filters by hand - I forgot to change the guardian code to reflect this revert, so the next time we acquired lock, guardian turned on all of the newer filters. This isn't a much worse feedforward than using only FM3, so it's fine that we ran this way during the weekend.
To find these filter banks, go to the LSC Overview screen, then on the left side, about 2/3 of the way down the screen there is a small button called IFO_FF, as well as a little matrix next to it. Those are the feedforward settings.
Since we are unlocked for the earthquake, I reloaded the ISC_LOCK guardian to use only the Feb28 FM3 for SRCLFF, and accepted this in both the safe and observe snap files, so hopefully no diffs will come up next time we try to go to observing.
