Sheila noticed that the SQZ fiber transmission was saturating a pd because the threshold was set too low. This was bumped up, accepted, and now we are observing again.

The high limit is there to prevent saturation on the fiber locking PD. A better remedy is to lower the fiber power using the waveplates.
