Ops Evening Mid-Shift Summery 
    Good first half of the shift in Observing mode. 

   01:39 (18:39) Put SEI_CONFG to EARTHQUAKE for a mag 6.8 EQ in New Caledonia. Rode through without losing lock. Will be transiting back to WINDY shortly as the ground motion rings down. 

   The Mid-Columbia Ballet and the associated tours are concluding.
