Vacuum off suspensions for localized particulate.

Set lower stage AOSEMs to 50% OLV.

Remove FC and spot clean PR2.

Sopt clean MC2.

Swap PFA EQ stops with fluorel tips.

Set EQ stops and lock all nuts.
