STATE of H1: Observing at 104Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Ed
SHIFT SUMMARY:

First half of the shift was focused on getting H1 back UP & then had a short drop to address the PSL Refcav's drift downward (see alog).  Started Jeff's shift with a GRB (& also a coyote sighting...we saw it getting a nice shower in the sprinklers in the back & having a drink from them, too!).

• 23:02 Closed/reopened a frozen medm on VIDEO2
• 23:09 Back to OBSERVING (after SQZ lost lock & bumped out of previous OBSERVING segment)
• 23:37:42:  Out of OBSERVING due to SQZ
• 1:39 - 3:28 Locking/Alignment & back to Observing
• Out briefly to ramp up the FSS Common Gain.
