SHIFT SUMMARY:
LOG:

• after H1 lost lock, I tried relocking, and only made it to DRMI once
• I did an initial alignment, and that went well, but again, didn't make it through or past DRMI
• started looking into other things that might be an issue
• optimized POPAIR RF18 to a value of 72, but lock didn't survive
• reset DRMI optics to values closer to our long lock from about a week ago, (latent EQ recovery, biggest changes, PR2 and IM4)
• as I reset PR2 and IM4, the X arm was locked in IR, so I could see that PR2 dropped the X arm power, and IM4 brought it back up, sanity check
• handing off to Corey
• looking at FSS_TPD, I raised the gain to 26dB
