I've recorded the beam spot center on CW1 at 2W and 35W, and see a shift of the beam in power up of 1.0mm to 1.3mm in the +X direction, and 0.9mm to 1.8mm in the -Z direction.
At 2W, the center of the beam spot has been consistently hovering around 2mm +/-0.5mm in the +X direction (left of center in the image), and within +/-1mm in the Z direction. The first image shows the beam at 2W, and the beam spot is at 1.8mm +X, 0.4mm +Z.
At 35W, I measured the beam two ways.
- the second attached image shows the center of the beam spot is 2.8mm +X, and 1.3mm -Z
- the beam is fit to the bright outer circle
- the third attached image shows the center of the beam spot is 3.3mm +X, and 2.2mm -Z
- the beam is fit to the bright center
In All Images:
- the edges of CW1 has been fit to a 25 mm x 25 mm square, the size of CW1
- the green circle shows where the SiC baffle aperture, as it appears in the image
- the magenta circle shows the SiC baffle aperture centered on CW1
- all images are from 5/27/2019
