Nice shift with H1 locked for ~13.5hrs & riding through a couple of earthquakes.

• 8:01utc GRB alert received.  Talked w/ Raine at LLO & wrote message in chat window for Virgo.  Eventually determined this was an alert we could ignore:  NO Stand Down (reliability value of 2....trigger time for this was also at 3:58utc!)
• 10:52-11:08 EARTHQUAKE state (southern CA/San Diego) (see alog)
• 11:19-11:43 EARTHQUAKE state (Japan) (see alog)
• 12:47 Brief dust alarm (minor) in VAC Prep (no one in there!)
• 14:36-14:56 EARTHQUAKE state due to 4.4 earthquake almost identical to one in San Diego earlier (see alog)
