H1 was in a very sad state somethin' fierce when I came upon it after just having made my lunch! So it was unattended for about 18min.
- 10:40 LOCKLOSS (must have happened just as I stepped out to make lunch! Nothing seismic knocked us out.)
- 10:58 Hit LOAD on ISC_LOCK (this is when I returned to the Control Room, "lunch" in hand.)
- ALS not locking on its own (and nodes say UNLOCKED, even though they are being selected for OFFLOAD_ETM_TMS_WFS)
- Operator Manual Adjustments: 11:00 Going to take them to UNLOCKED (by corey the "user")
- Operator Manual Adjustments: Y-arm was waaaay misaligned (flashes under 0.1!), so started business of tweaking...mainly etmy.
- 11:12 finished tweaking. NOTE: They looked like they were both managed by ISC LOCK
- Operator Manual Adjustments: Went for PRMI, but it looked horrible.
- Operator Manual Adjustments: Tried CHECK MICH FRINGES, but this also looked odd. AS spot looked off in pitch, so I pitched the BS to center the spot. (but I thought this was supposed to run through fringes. It definitely was not doing that.)
- Operator Manual Adjustments: When returning to PRMI, alignment still looked horrible (all signals on strip tool were basically zero & video looked bad). Since I did not touch PRM yet, I tried 5-click steps for PRM in pitch & yaw. Slowly started to get some life with flashes on the striptool. Then PRMI locked with very teeny tiny POP18 & 90. Carefully tweaked the PRM to get PRMI out of the doldrums and this managed to work.
- 11:24 Selected OFFLOAD_DRMI_ASC, and waited, waited, waited....
- 11:33 And as I was about to try an alignment, DRMI locked. :)
- PREP_DC_READOUT_TRANSITION took some time due to "OMC Not ready", but it eventually made it.
- SDF Diffs: Sig Fig diffs for "usual" (FSS & SR3 as noted in previous locks during my last shift. ACCEPTED them).
- 12:01 OBSERVING (it took me from roughly an hour [10:58 - 12:01] to get us back after an H1 which was horribly missaligned [but didn't need an alignment!])
