Only because we have a new procedure for how Operators handle GRB notifications, thought I would document how it has been going (first time I tried this a few days ago, it easily took me about 30-40min, but that was my first try &  I had to open up new webpages and really go through this multi-page procedure.)

Anyway, here is how tonight went, and luckily, my browser had previous webpages saved, so I was able to jump to appropriate ones fairly easily. 

GRB Log:

• 9:00:54 Received for E335605 aka 581659554:  H1, L1 Observing & V1 locking
• 9:01 LLO contact me.  We both received alert.  Said I was going to begin looking thru procedure.  Since we did not hear Virgo, I said I'd post a note in the chat window for them to possibly catch (I didn't know they were down when we were on teamspeak at this time).
• 9:05:30 Took me about 4-5min to go through procedure to determine this required a Stand Down of 15min.
• 9:15 Stand Down time Ends
• 9:24 Posted this alog.

Notes/Observations:

• GraceDB defaults my search for Super Events.  So should include in procedure that one must click on "Events" + hit "Search" button to find event on GraceDB.
• Would be nice to make a wiki page, or digital interface so operator can quickly click on the links needed to follow procedure.  The long links on my hard copy would take some time to get to if this was my first time.
• Maybe a flow diagram would be more succinct/less complicated than this 7-page procedure for GRBs?
