Ops:  We are in the process of Spring Cleaning on the OBSERV.snap SDF files in order to bring decommissioned settings back into the SDF Monitoring (since they are no longer being manipulated by Guardian).  Because of this we are now Monitoring more channels.  So, please continue to take a snapshot of SDF diffs you encounter when transitioning to OBSERVE and post to the log.  This work is happening across all SDF subsystems.
