Relocking notes
- Adjusted BS and PRM during PRMI lock.
- BS saturation alarm after DRMI locked. This unlocked DRMI but left ISC_LOCK confused as it didn't go to DOWN, but got stuck at DRMI_LOCKED_CHECK_ASC. Took ISC_LOCK to MANUAL then DOWN and starting over.
