The first half of the shift is a rerun of last nights evening shift. 

   Lost lock at 00:59 (17:59) probably due to strong wind gusts. No luck relocking in the current conditions. Posted below are wind plots for the past two hours. With base line winds in the mid to upper 20mph and gusts approaching the 40mph range, I do not hold out much hope for relocking until these subside.
