The past few weeks Sheila and I have been making small changes to get to "one click" initial alignment. When requesting INITIAL_ALIGNMENT from ISC_LOCK, the INIT_ALIGN node will begin to go through the usual alignment process automatically. You will still have to tweak the arms for green alignment, and monitor this node and ALIGN_IFO to make sure that they are moving along as they should. Follow along as INIT_ALIGN steps through the normal procedure T1600483, with the exception that we are doing MICH Bright instead of dark.

I will make more thorough instructions tomorrow, but if you have to run an alignment before then please do not hesitate to call me anytime.
