This doesn't effect Observe, since we don't use the PRM M2 coils, but it is an odity, in that I've found that the coil state in Observe is in State 3 (Acq Off, LP On), but sometimes when H1 is out of lock the coil state breiefly drops to State 2 (Acq On, LP Off), but not every time H1 is out of lock.  A 3 day plot (6/19 to 6/22) is attached showing H1:SUS-PRM_BIO_M2_STATEREQ and OMC-DCPD_A_OUTPUT.  Corey's alog is here: alog 50257.
