DAY Operator Summary
TITLE: 07/07 Day Shift: 15:00-23:00 UTC (08:00-16:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 115Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Cheryl
SHIFT SUMMARY:
After all 3-detectors went down after the EQ, Virgo is still down and in a "troubleshooting" state. Other than the big EQ, it was a fairly straightforward shift for the 2nd half of the shift.

- 15:20 Incoming EQ alarm (listed as "large earthquake")
- 15:24 Switched to EARTHQUAKE state since I saw signals fairly fast on ndscope & StripTool signals. We'll see how it rides this out.
- 15:53 Lockloss & switched to LARGE_EQ_NOBRSXY
- 16:37 Back to WINDY
- 17:05 Lock #1 Finally Y-arm is able to hold for green arm.
