Corey noted a couple of things while he was relocking after maintenance today:

• ALS was loosing lock in the PRMI to DRMI transition state, which was probably a consequence of me removing the beamsplitter limiter from that step on Monday: https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=50540   We added the limiter back in and went through that step a couple of times without loosing lock. 
• Corey also reported that he had a time when DRMI locked, and shortly after the timer that tells the guardian to give up trying with DRMI and try PRMI instead went off, unlocking DRMI.  This was because ISC_LOCK was checking if ISC_DRMI had arrived at PREP_DRMI_ASC to determine if was locked, in the time when it was locked but not yet arrived in PREP_DRMI_ASC there was the possibility that the timer would go off and unlock DRMI.  I've re-written this into two steps so that this shouldn't happen anymore.
