STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition
INCOMING OPERATOR: Niko
SHIFT SUMMARY:  After lockloss, DRMI would not lock.  Locked PRMI and tweaked BS and PRM.  Still no luck with DRMI.  Tried tweaking up SRM during DRMI locking, but no luck.  After half an hour or so of tweaking and hoping DRMI would lock, started Initial Alignment which completed with no issues.
