Pulled the controls signal cables for the new turbo/roughing pumps for Y-Beam manifold, X-Beam manifold and to a location near HAM5.

All six ends of the cables still need to be terminated.

At the same time, we removed from the cable trays some controls signal cables for the old roughing pumps that were removed several years ago.
