The HEPI was unlocked, Corner 1 relocked, Horizontal Actuator disconnected etc, L4C Leveled.  Reassembled, Vertical L4C leveled, Corner 1 unlocked & positioned checked.
Upon first unlock, lock stress unloads and IPSs read larger numbers.  But in aggregate they tend to counter act one another and motion is very small: 0.0006" +X, 0.0018" +Y & 10urad.
After completing the job however, Corner 1 Horizontal IPS is possibly a bogus number since that Actuator was disconnected.  If I ignore that possibility though, the motion is still pretty small: 0.0019" +X, 0.0008" +Y & 32urad.  Dang those numbers look too good, I better check my spreadsheet eh!
