Tuesday Maintenance:

 

The LVEA will be laser hazard.  

 

The squeezer laser is be swapped out. The tuning and alignment work may take all day.

 

Jason - To dress up the PMC/FSS alignment from the control room.

 

Peter – Is going into the PSL enclosure to look for hardware and measure some cable lengths.  

 

Hugh - Asked for help removing PEM plates from Hams 7, 8, 9, & 10.

 

The PEM team wants to move their big speaker to the HAM6 area for future acoustic injections.

 

The EE team will be 60Hz noise hunting in the CER and ISC racks.

 

Jeff Jones reported the last lock acquisition was much faster this week than last.

 

Safety – Watch out for high heat. With summer full on be cognizant of your fluid intake. Be especially careful when working in an enclosed space in the sun, as temperatures inside can be much higher that outside. Use the buddy system when working in an enclosed space.
