This morning I tweaked the beam alignment into the PMC and the FSS RefCav; all work was done with the ISS OFF.  Summary of changes in the below table (reported with ISS ON):

As can be seen, not much was gained in either case.  This likely comes down to slight mode changes in the laser, either through changes in pump diode current/temp or PSL enclosure environment.  On the other hand, slight mode changes in the laser do not explain the large drop in the RefCav TPD; we have seen in the past large swings in the TPD as weather systems move through the area.  As we did just have a storm system move through over this last weekend, and the RefCav TPD saw a large drop over said weekend (but had been on a downward trend anyway), I'll monitor the PMC and RefCav this week and see how they settle out with some stable weather; if things don't improve then next week will likely need an enclosure incursion to address the RefCav drop (as was done at the end of May).

I also reset both PSL power watchdogs at 16:50 UTC (9:50 PDT), completing FAMIS 10723.
