h1lsc0 suffered a timing glitch, causing all of its models to stop running.

We verified that the independent DC power to the IO Chassis timing slave was ON, and that the IO Chassis cards were visible from h1lsc0. Both were true.

I stopped all the models on h1lsc0 and started h1ioplsc0 first to check if it was able to see its cards and had no timing issues, both were affirmative. I then started the user models in the order h1omc, h1lsc, h1lscaux, h1omcpi and h1sqz.

Because h1lsc0 is a timing source for h1oaf1, I then restarted all the models on h1oaf1 using startWorld.sh.

I cleared the DIAG and CRC flags. After a few minutes the CW injections reattached to h1calinj and all is GREEN.
