    Wind: 14mph Gusts, 12mph 5min avg
    Primary useism: 0.04 μm/s
    Secondary useism: 0.07 μm/s
QUICK SUMMARY:  H1 in Observe, wind spike to almost 30mph right around shift change, and wind signature has increased on the 0.03-0.1Hz seismometor at EY

TIDAL UPDATE:  plot attached is of 3 days, and there's a hint that tidal is climbing again, though the climb has a hint of being at a slower rate than the previous lock.

Tidal effects might be accentuated by the supermoon that peaked yesterday.  One would expect
this behaviour to dissappear over the next day or so.
