STATE of H1: NOMINAL LOW NOISE but out of OBSERVING for Maintenance

SHIFT SUMMARY:

• Recovery from EVE lockloss continued into half of my shift. 
• Had lots of SDF diffs for CAL CS. 
• IMC_LOCK complained quite a bit about "IMC WFS not centered".
• It was very nice to have help from a commissioner (Jenne) to help me through a handful of issues during a graveyard shift!
