QUICK SUMMARY: 

• Ed handed off H1 during relocking, at PREP_ASC_FOR_FULL_IFO, and H1 made it to NLN, and back to Observe
• ETMY violin mode 1 started the lock at 4.6, I increased the gain to 0.5, which has worked at least once in the past, but it was too much, so I returned to 0.1, then increased to 0.2, and currently it's at 0.3.gain
• ITMX violin mode 13 doesn't usually get damped, has been just under 4.0, on 4sep2019 a gain of +20 damped this mode, I used +5, and the mode is damped, and currently at ~0.4
