Maintenance started early, after a M5.4 EQ from the middle of the Atlantic knocked H1 out of lock.
- "EQ response zones" map showed the EQ as only 1/3 of the way into the green, toward the yellow (screenshot attached, it's EQ "1")
- turns out that EQs from that direction are like our EQs from Montana, so while a M5.4 from across the Pacific is easily survivable in the IS config WINDY, EQs from the Atlantic are not (screenshot attached of ITMY Z_BLRMS and CPSFF 1 minute before lockloss)
