Operator Note:  Whitening for AS A RF45 from Evan/Craig---In case there are issues, see alog #52171.  Issue would be losing lock around the CARM_OFFSET_REDUCTION state in ISC_LOCK.  

Tour (about 46 visitors observed) on site around 1utc (6pm PDT); star party canceled due to cloudy weather.
