STATE of H1: Observing at 114Mpc

SHIFT SUMMARY:
Approaching 49.5hrs on a breezy, chilly, and rainy night. Had one borderline earthquake roll through, but H1 was taken to EARTHQUAKE & made it through.
LOG:
- 23:11 INJ_TRANS returned to INJECT_SUCCESS (Cheryl)
- 2:10 Incoming EQ Verbal alert (6.3 Philippines). Response plot has this one squarely in EARTHQUAKE zone.
- 2:50 (about 6min before R-wave arrival estimate) begin to see SEI's Peakmon, ASC & Tidal signals all get large----> switch to EARTHQUAKE
- 3:02 back to WINDY
- ASC signals appeared to get worse! (& LSC signals also appeared to get worse as well)
- 3:05 back to EARTHQUAKE! Going to wait for the EQ to visibly drop via the Seismic FOM (it's still not gotten to 1um/s)
- 3:31 Finally back to WINDY
