SHIFT SUMMARY:

Appeared to lose BRSx, so running H1 in WINDY_NO_BRSX (this means we can't use the EARTHQUAKE state!).

Did not run any Initial Alignments for locking.

Candidate (S190930s) for H1/L1 was recieved.
LOG:

• 7:59 MX LOW Temperature Alarm (Bubba is aware of this now)
• 9:28 Received DIAG MAIN message:  "BRSx Is Noisy"

  • EX ISI trips
  • TMSx SUS trips
  • BRSx in DAMPING & BAD states as its velocity rails from +/- 30k
  • Took EX St1, St2, & SEI guardian nodes to INIT, untripped watchdog and let SEI node take EX ISI to FULLY ISOLATED.
• 9:35 Take SEI_CONF to WINDY NOBRSY (accidentally...meant X!)
  • 9:45 SEI_CONF taken to WINDY_NO_BRSX.
• 9:37 "Long GRB" received.  Chatted with LLO Operator.
• LOCK#1 (9:58-10:24)
  • 1st DRMI lock did not take, but PRMI locked quickly and then DRMI locked within 4min.
  • Lockloss at CARM 150 PICOMETERS
• LOCK#2 (10:25-11:00)
• 10:34 "Short GRB" received.  Chatted with LLO Operator.
• 11:04 OBSERVING
• 12:13 Incoming EQ alarm for 5.6 from Chile (Luckily it turned out to be a No-Show which is good because we can't use EARTHQUAKE mode since BRSx is down)
• 13:36 Candidate alert for S190930s (an H1/L1 candidate)
• 13:37 Lockloss!
• LOCK#1 (13:38-14:17)
  • DRMI would not lock. Check MICH Fringes did not look useful.  PRMI locked however.  Then DRMI locked...but OM1's watchdog tripped, so stopped ISC_LOCK while addressing
  • Lockloss at DARM to RF
• 8:13 OM1 Tripped!  (which is odd!)  Damped this guy out, but....
  • Also noticed that OM1 & OM2 were both saturating (their output/VoltMons were railed at 32k!)
  • Cleared History for OM1/2 pit & yaw Filter Banks for Locking Filters (they were getting huge signals into them via ISC)
  • This is not normal.  Richard was also here to help me clear these guys up.
• LOCK#2 (14:18-14:38)
  • DRMI looked bad.  Check mich fringes used to optimize BS in pitch.  PRMI locked & DRMI locked, but...
  • Lockloss at DARM to RF
• 14:35 Candidate alert for S190930t (an L1 trigger)
• LOCK#3 (14:43 - ?)
