In anticipation of having less power through the rotations stage, I've increased the gain on IO GigE cameras 2 and 3 (cameras 29 and 09)

• IO GigE 2: gain was 2500, now 6500
• IO GigE 3: gain was 178, now 450
• no change to IO GigE 1: gain was 29812, and is still 29812
