Leaving a note here for future forgetfulness.

The end station tables (ISCTEY & ISCTEX) lights are now turned on and off through Beckhoff. Getting to the medm screen to turn them on/off is as such (EY for example):

SITEMAP -> SYS -> EtherCat overview -> H1 Y1 PLC1 -> Sys -> Enclosure -> Y -> Isctey

There is also a physical switch on the side of the table that can be toggled if this is enable in Beckhoff.
