Spun up new ATH2303 turbo at mid-x at ~ 100 mTorr, backed by QDP80. Turbo came to full speed within 10 minutes and pressure fell to low e-6 Torr range quickly. Leak checked the spool side of turbo GV and IP10 GV; both leak tight with LD background < 1e-9 Torr-L/s.
