WBSC1 ITMy Pitch Alignment

After several rounds of adjustment, pitch is within spec on the ITMy. Everything is now ready for Hugh & Co. to install the HEPI actuators. The final pitch/yaw numbers are reported below.

- Target: 12.5 µrad up
- Error: 73.5 µrad down
- Tolerance: ±160.0 µrad

Yaw: 67 µrad CCW
- Target: 0.0 µrad
- Error: 67 µrad CCW
- Tolerance: ±160 µrad
