Most notable LVEA items:
- Vacuum equipment is still plugged in on HAM6 and needs to stay this way until the HV interlock issue is fixed (1st attachment).
- The North bay crane is further North than the parking sign. I believe it was like this before, but we should make sure it stays here now (2nd attachment).
- Not sure if the PSL environment was okay, so I ran through the whole procedure.
- Moved clean room curtains resting on HAM5 HEPI crossbeam (3rd attachment before I moved them over the scaffolding)
- Robert was concerned about the amount and potential sensitivity of the equipment around ISCT1. After consulting with Sheila, they went to unplug that area (4th attachment, before unplugging).
More common LVEA items:
- Numerous extension chords plugged in
- All phone unplugged, batteries removed if applicable
- Unplugged forklift
- Robert was out unplugging his test equipment.
Richard swept the end station VEAs. Most notable features were:
- EX - unplugged the NCAL setup.
- EY - HWS temporary laser is still plugged in and running. It will remain this way until after Nov. 4.
