H1 out of Observe for Corrective Maintenance starting at 22:52:11UTC
Keita approved two Corrective Maintenance activities proposed by Craig and DanB, so H1 is out of Observe, still locked in NLN.
Activities are:
- FSS gain adjustment, which is expected to reduce/eliminate the high frequesncy noise in DARM - Craig
- Mitigation of the noise shelf that has been present in H1 - Dan Brown, Robert, Craig, Cao
- this activities requires accessing ISCT1, which has been successful in NLN, so is not expected to impact the lock
Prior to proposing these fixes, the periodic noise shelf was disrupted while H1 was in Observe, starting around 1256768150.
