CAL model and DAQ restart

New h1cale[x,y] models were installed, DAQ was restarted.

DAQ NDS Test Machine installed

Jonathan, Dave:

h1nds2 was installed as a test bed for new daqd code.

This new machine as added to the DAQ MEDM.

Upgrade FOM machines to Debian9

Dave:

nuc4 upgraded to nuc25 (Guardian and DRMI). This permitted the ISC Guardian overview window to resolve correctly.

nuc6 upgraded to nuc29 (ASC control and error).
