SHIFT SUMMARY:

A very quiet & nice shift for H1.  (L1 is out for violin mode damping.)
LOG:

• 13:54 Short GRB received (consulted other ifos, took INJ_TRANS to INJECT_KILL, confirmed trigger duration, & will return INJ_TRANS to INJECT_SUCCESS at 14:09utc).
• 14:03 EQ alert received (5.5 in atlantic). 
  • No action needed to ride through it.
• 15:13 Contacted by LLO Operator & notified they are going to COMMISSIONING to address violin 2nd harmonics (L1 is currently at Low Noise, but NOT in OBSERVING while they address rung up violin harmonics).
• 15:51 Wind fence people arrived & drove down the X-arm (smaller truck vs big diesel truck flat bed of last two days).
