HAM CPS and BSC CPS spectra: FAMIS 12873
- BS - below 1Hz, higher noise, above 10Hz, improvement
- ITMX, ITMY, HAM2, HAM3, HAM6 - above 10Hz, improvement
- HAM5 - a sharper peak above 1Hz, and above 10Hz, improvement
