Corey pointed out that as our range dropped a bit this afternoon, the H1:ISC-RF_C_SQZAOM200M_OUTPUTMON channel had a small increase. 

• I took us out of observeing for 00:14:02 UTC 11/21/2019 UTC, reduced CLF power from 55uW in reflection to 25uW, and increased the CLF servo gain by 6dB and the LO servo gain by 3dB. 
• Back to normal settings at 0:37:01
• Timesh in end station turning on lights 0:47:53 UTC 
• Was changing state again when Timesh went in the end station and the earthquake hit at the same time, we lost lock 1258332604

The attached screenshot shows that there might be a relationship between the CLF power and the range (and maybe the ISC-RF channel as well), but we would want a few more iterations to be sure.
